Thank you for the intimate 4 course meal we enjoyed with curtains drawn! We got to laugh with each other while savoring every well- seasoned and carefully curated bite of food. I can't believe Deanna remembered me from the last time I visited months ago. She's always such a delight to have as a server! Thank you Deanna for a great night out!

Deeana was amazing! She gave us a good recommendation on the cocktails and mocktails. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was lovely! 100% recommend this location. This was my second time in Melting Pot, but the location truly matters! Visit the one in Coral Springs.

Deanna its the best server ever! The place is amazing to relax, I went alone to distract my mind and it is a cozy place, with low light and super pleasant environment. The kindness of the management and the servants is what makes everything more comfortable! Deanna made a dish for me with my name, which I thought was so cute 😭❤️

We went to The Melting Pot in Coral Springs last year and overall the experience was just average. The fondue concept is always nice for a date night or special occasion, and the presentation of the food and dessert was enjoyable. The meats, shrimp, vegetables, fruits, and chocolate fondue were decent, but nothing really stood out. One thing that disappointed us was the service from the floor manager. She did not seem very welcoming and also did not appear very kind toward some of the employees, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere at times. The food itself was okay, but the potatoes were clearly not cooking with the fondue . For a fondue restaurant, they really should pre-cook the potatoes before serving them or think about a different way to propose them. Overall, not a terrible experience, but for the price and reputation, we expected better hospitality and better attention to details.

We went on Valentine's day had the VIP package when we arrived didn't have to wait. The table set up was ok but they did have a plush chocolate cover strawberry with actually chocolate cover strawberries, that was a nice touch. The food was ok I wish they offer seasoning for the entree so bland. We were celebrating our anniversary the waitress will be the only reason I will come back she made its feel very special. When we received the dessert she put out nicknames on our are plates and happy anniversary on a main plate. I thought that was so sweet. We did have a late reservation and I believe they closed at 11pm we left about 12. She made us feel so comfortable, and not rushed.I can't recall her name but it starts with a D and she from Tennessee I think. Shout out to the bartender them drinks were 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. Thank you D.
